Sigma 2023-24 Batch
Inspireup and Sigma Academy collaborated to bring educational support and resources to underprivileged students in the state of Odisha. Every year Sigma and Inspireup jointly conducts an entrance test to select 20 academically bright students from underprivileged background. The selected students are given 2 years of scholarship to study +2 science education in bhubaneswar, odisha. The scholarship covers food, hostel accommodation, +2 Science coaching, and educational materials for 2 years. Students also get an oppertunity to prepare for JEE and NEET entrance examinations based on their individual interest.
The project is jointly funded by Inspireup and Alumni’s of NIT Rourkela. Every year 40 students are benefiting from the sigma Academy projects(20 students from 11th grade and 20 students from 12th grade) and annual cost of running the project is 25 lakhs rupees
